Constructivism [Two Cognitive Theorists Compared]
Two cognitive psychologists, Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky, developed theories of constructivism that addressed cognitive development and learning among children, adolescents, and adults. While there are similarities between the two theories, there are also differences, and those differences are significant to the understanding and application of the theories in educational settings.
